Given my background in overcoming difficulties in school due to dyslexia and transitioning from a teacher to a business owner, I've launched a successful e-commerce business creating custom diamond paintings (it’s an arts and crafts) while promoting mental health and while using artwork from real artists 🤗 After launching my business in march 2024 this year, I’ve done over 60K in sales with about 40% being profit before taxes…. Do I want to increase profitability, sales volume, both? My prices are already on the higher end. I’ve done an excellent job stating my business with no money down. Do you have any advice on when it might be the right time to consider holding inventory instead of continuing with drop shipping, or should I stick with my current model and save the headache of inventory?
